Role and Responsibilities:
Leverage your knowledge of human language and communication to create seamless and natural interactions for our AI powered chatbot
Create rich text-only conversations partnering with internal leads to create solutions for domestic violence victims suffering from abuse.
Develop and test dialogs, flow diagrams, and prototypes to effectively communicate text interactions and design ideas.
Evaluate usability of dialog flows, recommend, and implement design or copy changes.
Create guidelines, reference artifacts, and support resources.

SEO and Analytics Specialist
Seguro Project is seeking a volunteer SEO and Analytics Specialist!
Role and Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and execute SEO strategy across Seguro Project’s social media accounts to increase search engine results/rankings and increase traffic.
Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials.
Set goals and monitor performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance and drive improvement.
Manage Google Analytics (GA) platform to capture web analytics data and provide analysis and insights on website health.
Recommend and create A/B or multivariate test plans to improve user experience and conversion.

Role and Responsibilities:
Research and understand our technology through discussions with internal stakeholders and describe them in grant applications
Research & identify new grant application opportunities
Work closely with internal teammates to prepare government grant applications
Navigate government grant application portal systems and their requirements
Write, review, edit, and submit grant applications to the appropriate government portal
